Nigerian-Style Egg Potatoes

Time for complete cooking: 30 Minutes
Serves: 4 Fixings Oil - 4 tablespoons
Onion (cut into rings) - 1 medium-sized onion
Garlic (minced) - 1 tsp.
Drops of red stew—1 teaspoon
1 tsp. pepper powder
200 g of hacked tomatoes, 200 g of heated beans, 100 g of minced salmon, and 6 beaten eggs and 2 tbsp spread
Potatoes—bubbled and pounded—250 grams of salt—depending on the situation, Heading 1—in a nonstick dish, medium-heat oil
2-Contribute the dish with onion rings, garlic, red stew drops, pepper, and salt. Cook the onions for two minutes until they become clear.
3-After that, cook the dish for an additional 7 minutes on medium-high heat with chopped tomatoes, minced salmon, and prepared beans.
4-Void the beaten eggs into the dish and blend until they are especially cooked.
5-Pour the spread into the dish and let it soften before adding the potatoes that have been pureed and cooking for an additional 30 seconds.
6-Serve the dish after removing it from the oven!
